James founded the company in 2010 as a fresh-faced newlywed. Many years later both the business, and thankfully his marriage, are still going strong! From starry-eyed graduate to well-weathered industry bigwig, he is now thought of as an industry leader and top-level innovator presenting at national conferences, winning loads of awards each year and sitting on the National Advisory Council of the Guild of Property Professionals.
