Managing Director
James founded the company in 2010 as a fresh-faced newlywed. Many years later both the business, and thankfully his marriage, are still going strong! From starry-eyed graduate to well-weathered industry bigwig, he is now thought of as an industry thought leader and top-level innovator presenting at national conferences, winning loads of awards each year and sitting on the National Advisory Council of the Guild of Property Professionals.

Lee is renowned as the snappy dresser of the office, perhaps stemming from his secret past as a professional dancer. Now, if you can clear your mind of the image of Lee performing whatever dance you’re currently imagining (we’re not sure we can) then you might also like to know that in addition to the old chestnuts of walking, drinking passionfruit martinis and socialising, Lee also admits to a weekly thrashing at squash by his pensioner father and regularly having his food stolen by his two kids. To make up for it he’s hoping they will make him millions as professional footballers…

Cassie breezed into the team in July 2013 bringing with her a huge personality and an endless array of personal interests! She proudly proclaims herself current ‘Sunday Dinner’ champion in the ‘close family league’, a title she has held for over 6 years now with her ‘almost good’ chicken, ham and leek pie (not THAT close then eh, Cassie?). She proclaims the biggest love in her life to be her children, but between her crazy side, love of gin and cats, she’s becoming the perfect recipe for a Cat lady.

Krystina joined in July 2014, in a flurry of amazing shoes and fabulous handbags, almost 10 years down the line are we allowed to call her a JDP veteran yet? When not ‘expanding her estate agency repertoire’ Krystina loves nothing more than spending time with her family whether that’s on walks in the Lake District with the husband and two boys or being super proud mummy cheering her eldest son on in World Cycling events – we believe we are helping to raise the next Tour de France winner in an extended JDP family way.

Land and New Homes Manager
Having being within the industry for over 10 years Chelsea has all the knowledge and experience to help you along the way. Chelsea is a local girl, born and bred in Stafford. Having a passion for property from day one, she started her career as a conveyancing secretary at a firm of solicitors in Stone, a skill that she puts to great use every day, a dabble in lettings, which has not been passed on with her focus now on the Land and New Homes! When not working in the office, Chelsea is a real girly girl spending most of her time with her two boys and lovable pooch.

Personal Assistant to James Du Pavey
Having started her career in the property industry down in “that there London Town” Emily came back home in 2015 and joined the JDP family over in our Eccleshall Branch as a negotiator opting for a quieter, greener lifestyle for a while. Now she works along side James, helping to keep our ship afloat and moving forward whilst heading up our rental department as well. When we give her a spare minute she likes to head on back to the city to enjoy some of the hustle and bustle she once saw every day or heads off in the opposite direction packing up the car and heading off to find a quiet spot to set up camp and relax for a few days with just the sea and sand to keep her company.

Local girl Anna joined the Eccleshall Team bringing heaps of local knowledge and industry knowledge with her 7 years ago! Having lived in Eccleshall for most of her life then moving just a village over to the East embracing her newly married life, bumping into someone she knows is a regular occurrence. Ambitious and driven Anna is also a fitness fanatic and can often be found with a pair of glow sticks in hand teaching “Clubbercise” or other fun activities that make exercise more fun!! This Duracell bunny just keeps on going!

Longstanding team member Ange loves nothing more than entertaining guests and a bit of glitter! In her spare time when she’s not off jet-setting to all sorts of exotic places, she is a glitter artist and face painter at all sorts of dos and events! Elisha started young as our Saturday girl and we just couldn’t put her off so she’s joined us full time. She progressed and became in demand to all three teams across all three offices providing help from keeping on top of the admin through to all of our social media content. As much as we love Elisha for her video editing skills, she is also a whizz with flowers and making amazing cocktails. Can’t think why we have her on board!

When she’s not admiring new homes that have come to the market and working hard to match them to our list of potential buyers, Lily can be found feeding her shopping addiction whether that be on the High Street or online, or relaxing at home and spending time with her family. Being relatively new to the industry and a very quick learner, she has quickly become the office chef bringing in treats that her and her foodie dad have whipped up in the kitchen… I mean, we have always said the gateway to an estate agents heart is through the belly. Selling homes whilst feeding the office, if that’s not multitasking then we don’t know what is!

With a keen interest in fancy cars and all things luxurious and having just completed her law degree, Saskia felt the urge to take her career in the direction of property sales, and who can blame her, now she gets to see these wonderful homes (and a posh car or two) rather than just talking about them. Living locally to our Eccleshall office, she knows the area well and lives up to the rural life with her horses and dogs being her biggest interests outside of work. That being said, whilst stable visits and long dog walks are daily tasks, it’s just as regular an occurrence for the parcels from her online shopping addiction to arrive. A girl has to treat herself though right?

Branch Manager
James is a dabber through and through, but was last seen working in Nantwich on a milk round at the age of 14. He assures us that he has gained considerable experience in the Cheshire property market since then, working in several different towns and agencies since 1996 and has finally come home to roost. In the rare hours we don’t have his nose forcibly pressed to the grindstone James is a huge movie and music buff, and has recently branched out into after dinner entertainment sessions with a guitar but draws the line at singing. Rather concerningly for us he cites his other great passions as holidays with his family and drinking Bourbon; we love honesty but ‘drinking and being away from work’ aren’t ideal CV fillers!

Not only did Shelly join us bringing with her 15 years in the business, she also massively upped our fitness quota. In fact we think she does enough exercise to offset everybody else! When she’s not busy climbing mountains she likes to sneak in half marathons here and there. Then, just to give the feet a bit of a rest she’ll just hop out of a plane for a quick skydive, you know, as you do!

She’s settled in as the mum of the office spoiling the team with her fantastic brews whilst her days off are spent looking after her two teenagers at home and taking the dog for a long walk to help wind down. Not content with only helping her immediate friends and family, Sharon is also a member of the Nantwich Buddies becoming a shoulder to lean on and helping hand to the wider community! Catrina started our Stone office all those years ago and is an absolute cornerstone of team JDP as our longest serving member, for which she deserves a medal. She claims to be too busy to have hobbies but does squeeze in walking the office dog Tyla, shopping, spending time with her family and baking. That’s more hobbies than any of the rest of the team, not bad for someone with no spare time!

That’s a pretty easy ambition once working at James Du Pavey, having seen some of James’ famous ‘fashion forward’ moments! When not giggling at the boss’s ties Kelly enjoys making her own house a home with cosy nights in giving into a small online shopping addiction and spending valuable time with her friends and family. With over 15 years of experience behind her she claims the best part of her many successful years in the business has been the opportunity to meet new people, ah, bless!

Margo is one of those people who can’t stand to stand still. With more industry knowledge than even a Samba dancer could shake a stick at, we wanted to know more about what makes her tick! Top of the list came travelling and organising parties, specifically for other people (but we suspect she might enjoy them too!) with a busy social calendar with friends and family and holidays all over the world. Food also made the hobbies list, with not only cooking and baking but since the pandemic hit, she also likes to grow her own produce with fresh salad and veg from the garden now on the menu! So, putting the office day job to the side, with unparalleled levels of experience, party organising and tip-top food offerings, we are thrilled that Margo is part of the team!

Jasmine, as you may be able to tell from the name, comes with an excellent Estate Agency heritage! Jas has an amazing work ethic and started young with us as a Saturday girl earning extra pocket money and over the years became an integral part of the team. Working alongside completing her degree in Geography she has come back to us full time, but keeps a little back to walk the dog, go on holiday and drink a cocktail. All hobbies which we heartily approve of!

Pippa started right at the beginning at JDP towers, as one of our work experience students and impressed us so much we asked her back for more, but promised to pay her this time! Pippa has always been local to Eccleshall growing up and living on a farm with her sister then moving to Stone to buy her own home. She loves a good cuppa, long walks in the country, time with friends and family and has a weak spot online shopping proudly proclaiming she gets “more parcels delivered than parcel force”.

Our Jess is a bit of a “Cracker” having studied Criminology and Sociology (and if you get that reference you’re as old as we are!) and loves nothing more than a good Netflix drama on a Sunday. Full of energy and unable to say no to even the craziest of plans, Jess is a true ambassador for Team Stone and is the brains behind all things social media and community involvement. When she’s not busy choreographing TikTok videos or property tours, Jess can usually be found out and about with friends, walking or (her favourite) shopping! Working hard to tick items off her bucket list no free moment stays unfilled!

When asked what her hobbies were, Harriet shouted out “Handbags”. Now we know she has fabulous taste but not sure that counts as a hobby! Probing a little further we found it was the shopping for new ones that keeps Harriet entertained along with browsing the internet for her next trip away. As long as there is sun, sea and a sneaky Aperol Spritz on hand she’s there! The Greek Islands are a particular favourite, but really, who can blame her! We’re sorry Staffordshire doesn’t really live up to “A Place in the Sun” but we are hoping the beautiful houses that we list are enough to look at until the next flights are booked.

Ticking things off her to-do list is one of Katie’s favourite things to do and recently having spent 2 years living in Sydney before returning home back to her family, that life-changing trip down under has a big tick next to it! Now sunny Staffordshire isn’t quite as spectacular as the Aussie coastline, but we understand the draw back home! Especially when time away from the office is filled with cuddles and walks from some four-legged friends, helping with her family-run doggy day care. Don’t worry though, it’s not all hard work, whilst over in Australia, Katie developed a keen coffee addiction and (as a self-proclaimed coffee snob) loves to go out to visit coffee shops and cafes with her friends sneaking in city bus tour when she’s somewhere new.

Rhys joined the team with years of experience to share having worked in the industry since leaving school, so we believe he knows a little bit about moving house but he tells us there are more strings to his bow, when not chasing his little boy about, he runs a Sunday league football team and spends most weekends either in the gym or watching sports. Talking about all this exercise is wearing us out! What ever it takes to get those houses sold though Rhys!
