What a 6 months it has been! Opening back in February, we started out with a full office refurb and many of you came to visit whilst we were working in a makeshift office and the builders were pushing on to make it a little more JDP.
We would like to start by thanking the people of Cheadle and the surrounding area for the warm welcome we have been given. We’ve had an incredible start and couldn’t have done it without your support.
Since opening in February we have been fortunate enough to be involved within the local community. Our office manager Rhys taking part in a charity football match raising money for the Staffordshire North St. Johns Ambulance. Jasmine and Lily running the Gnosall 10k raising money for the Cheadle & District foodbank. Sponsoring the Cheadle Carnival car show on 29th June with the next one booked in for the 28th September now named “Cheadles Wheels” and installing life-saving defibrillator equipment to the exterior of our building.
We’ve had a busy start! We’ve visited 294 of your beautiful homes and have marketed 154 properties, leading to 1142 viewings being booked allowing us to negotiate on 371 offers! From these offers we have managed to agree 67 sales with almost half of those sales already completing meaning 33 buys have keys to their new homes with plenty more to come.
