Following our prize as Gold winner in the North West 2018, James Du Pavey was presented withand award for Bronze winner for the Midlands at The Guild Awards ceremony, which was held at QEII Centre in Westminster, London on 17 January 2019.

All three of our offices have been independently identified as some of the top estate agency branches in the country and now features in the Best Estate Agent Guide.
Sunday the 15th July dawned misty and warm, as so many had already done previously in the seemingly endless heatwave. The milky sun blinked sleepily over the already road weary pack of adventurers. This most auspicous sporting day would see the final of the Football World Cup and the Wimbledon's Men's Final, but neither of these would touch the exploits of our heroes.
Following winning awards in the Best Estate Agent Guide2018 and the Best Guild Sales Agent in the North West 2018, all three offices of James Du Pavey have been individually recognised for their outstanding customer service to their clients by the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.
Guild Members James Du Pavey were commended for Best Sales Agent in the North West at the The Guild of Property Professionals gala dinner and awards ceremony, which was held at County Hall, Westminster Bridge in London on 1st February 2018.

We were delighted to receive two top awards at the recent Nantwich show – 1st prize in the professional class and overall champion for our stand.

We recently sold a house for Mr and Mrs Jordan. They were so delighted with our performance (after trying other estate agents to sell their home) that they wrote us a little poem of thanks.
Forgoing the more traditional words that rhyme with Pavey (gravy, navy etc.) the Jordans decided to create their own words, much like Shakespeare - and we're sure, just like Shakespeare's new words, they will soon move into the common lexicon.
We think the poem is great, and we fully expect the Jordans to be challenging for the role of Poet Laureate when Carol Ann Duffy's tenure comes to an end. The poem is copied, in full, below and it's sure to delight, amuse and amaze you.
Giving back is important to us. We support a number of Local Charities by donating, raising awareness and trying to give all round support to the people providing all of the fabulous support to people in need in our local area.
