A hive of activity encompassing smaller, surrounding villages of Shavington-cum-Gresty, Willaston and Wistaston

Crewe grew up around the rail industry and seems to be living its life as it has always known by inviting the new HS2 rail links to establish themselves here too. The town has grown and encompasses the surrounding villages now having Crewe railway station at its heart. There is a vibrant high street and multiple options to choose from when it comes to shopping with retail parks, the high street and the shopping centre. The area is well known historically for its manufacturing and industrial heritage with names such as Rolls Royce and Bentley still associating themselves with the area. Geographically, Crewe sits within a fantastic area having the M6 motorway on its doorstep providing access up and down the west side of the country with the rail station being on the west coast mainline providing access into London in around one hour and a half. On the Cheshire/Staffordshire border, there are some fabulous rural areas to visit nearby as well as easy access to larger cities including Manchester, Chester and Liverpool.
